Looks like a 200s(i)/250s. Just never saw one with that side-vent but I'm pretty sure not all maserati race cars were exactly the same back then.

Whatever this is matches the side vent but not the hood. Maybe it's the owners modded car.

As I said: I don't think all the Maserati Racers were exactly the same those days (and sure the owner could have modded stuff). Just check the dash, steeringwheel, shape of the window and the position of the shifter of this 250s:
